Role Description The Executive Producer will oversee the development and production of Studio Yolanda’s film and media projects from concept through delivery. This is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding creative direction, securing financing, and aligning projects with the studio’s family-friendly and inclusive mission. This role requires proactive leadership, clear communication, and consistent alignment with Studio Yolanda’s values and brand.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Producer or senior production lead in film, television, or streaming content.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, financing, and contracts across multiple projects.
- Strong creative judgment, with experience evaluating scripts, pitches, and cuts for family-friendly and inclusive audiences.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, including working effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of marketing, festival strategy, and distribution models for independent and international films.
- Knowledge of industry standards, legal considerations, and best practices in production, including diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions, solve complex problems, and maintain composure under time and budget constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working on award-winning, festival-selected, or critically recognized projects is highly beneficial.
