What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end production of short-form, performance-driven video ads for our mobile games across international channels (scriptwriting, on-set filming, and post-production direction).
- Partner closely with our Beijing-based creative team to execute high-quality live-action shoots in the US, including coordinating with US production crews, aligning on creative approaches, and supervising shoots on site to ensure strong delivery.
- Bring strong creative thinking and continuously develop new ad concepts based on the game’s core hooks and platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate day-to-day with our Beijing UA (user acquisition) and video production teammates; analyze competitor creatives and trends, and regularly share insights on US culture and audience behavior to enrich our creative strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Lived in the US for 3+ years (study or work). Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with a strong understanding of US culture, lifestyle, and audience mindset.
- Passionate about gaming and/or short-form video content.
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Advertising, Marketing, Film/TV Production, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Strong communicator with excellent execution and follow-through. Comfortable collaborating across time zones and driving projects to completion with a Beijing-based team.
- Deep interest in short-form platforms and trends (e.g., TikTok/Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts), with a strong drive to create and share.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience producing live-action performance ads for mobile games (UA creatives). Data-minded, goal-oriented, and comfortable iterating based on results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
