Job Description

WME Group is seeking a Manager to join the Entertainment Marketing and Advisory Team. This individual will play a vital role on the team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of brand clients across entertainment. They will support the identification, development and execution of content work on behalf of clients, inclusive of original content development and production, product integrations and co-promotional partnerships.

The ideal candidate has experience in both brand and entertainment and a clear understanding and knowledge of the content ecosystem across film, TV and digital. They will contribute to strategic planning and creative content development, deliver tailored recommendations, and oversee execution across multiple platforms and formats. The role requires strong relationships across the industry and a passion for entertainment and culture. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A minimum of 6 years of experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in the management of client activation programs including original content, brand integrations, and entertainment partnerships across TV, film, and digital.
  • Leverage and maintain a strong network of industry relationships to proactively source opportunities that drive client objectives and build meaningful connections.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact and act as a liaison between brands and external stakeholders (e.g., producers, writers, directors, studios, streamers, media executives, vendors, agencies, etc.).
  • Support the creative development of branded entertainment work, ensuring output is strategically grounded and aligned with client goals.
  • Oversee management of executions end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality are consistently met.
  • Lead the creation of supporting materials, including decks, creative briefs, recommendations, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Maintain ownership of internal tracking documents and client reporting, ensuring all materials are accurate, organized, and client-ready.
  • Guide junior team members on strategy and execution, providing direction on materials, workflows, and project management where needed.
  • Stay closely attuned to entertainment industry news and trends, identifying relevant opportunities and translating them into actionable recommendations for clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of entertainment marketing, talent agency, or entertainment industry experience
  • Established relationships across the entertainment industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends, buyers, talent, creators and content, and proven track record in content creation field.
  • Experience working with clients, internal teams and other agency partners 
  • Superior client relationship/service skills 
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, proactive and able to take initiative 
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through. Accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of assigned tasks. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented and resourceful
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and maintain organization at a high volume
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment 
  • Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to travel ~25% of the time

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$69,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$93,000 annually
