Brooklyn Bowl New York is looking for a Marketing and Booking Associate who is highly organized, self-driven, enthusiastic about music/pop culture, and thrives in a fast-paced, non-traditional work environment. You should love live entertainment, bowling, great food, and the unique energy of running shows in a legendary NYC venue. This hybrid role merges brand and show marketing with booking administration, supporting both the VP of Marketing and the Talent Buyer, and working directly with the Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans across a broad mix of shows and genres.
- Support poster workflows, venue signage updates, print orders, and asset organization.
- Help manage email newsletters, social media scheduling, captions, and engagement.
- Coordinate updates for digital screens, handbills, ads, and promotional materials.
- Maintain show one-sheets and update key information across departments.
- Assist with video asset requests, on-site shoots, and general content support.
- Support partnerships, promo trades, and newsletter contributions.
- Maintain communication threads with artist teams leading up to shows.
- Build and update Facebook events, and assist with weekly on-site content capture.
- Coordinate photographer outreach, approvals, and photo recaps.
- Manage artist gift preparation and delivery.
- Assist with venue calendar management, avails, and holds.
- Enter offers and deal information into Prism, ensuring all updates remain accurate.
- Prepare one-sheets and support the booking team through each stage of the show cycle.
- Send confirmations, announcement timelines, and communicate key needs to internal teams.
- Coordinate artwork requests and ensure essential contacts are shared for ticketing, marketing, and advancing.
- Support weekly production meetings and ensure all departments receive updated information.
- Assist with guest list coordination and administrative needs for internal and partner bookings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years experience marketing live events, including media buying, collateral production, and digital marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Basecamp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain a positive public/professional profile at all times

Pay: From $64,350.00 per year
