Bliss Babe Podcast is currently accepting applications for our social media & Content Creation Internship for the upcoming 2026 Summer/Fall durations and 2027 Spring.
Bliss Babe LLC is offering a comprehensive internship focused on social media strategy and digital content creation for the Bliss Babe Podcast. This position provides a deep dive into the operations of a female-led lifestyle brand, emphasizing empowerment for all, and professional storytelling.
This role is designed for students seeking a professional environment to refine their storytelling, data analysis, and digital marketing skills. As an intern for the Bliss Babe Podcast, you will work under the direct supervision of our Company Directors to execute high-level brand strategies.
Learning Objectives:
- Mastery of short-form video storytelling and professional editing techniques.
- Application of communication theory to audience growth and community engagement.
- Proficiency in cross-platform content scheduling and management.
- Development of a professional digital media portfolio.
Key Professional Responsibilities:
- Strategic Content Management: Develop short videos and schedule multi-platform content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Brand Voice Execution: Editorial writing and caption creation that aligns with established brand identity and tone.
- Multimedia Production: Professional editing of short-form video assets for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Content Performance & Analytics: Analyze podcast episodes, Shorts, and social posts to identify what performs, what falls flat, and why. Use audience and engagement data to recommend improvements to content, hooks, titles, thumbnails, and posting strategy.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in podcasts and digital media.
- Enrollment in a related degree program. (Communication, Media, or Marketing)
- Reliable computer and internet for remote work
- Ability to edit high-energy, short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including captions and transitions
- Familiarity with AI tools for content repurpose such as Opus Clip, Riverside, Canva
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adopt an empowering, female-led brand voice for captions and engagement
- Understanding of social media trends and the ability to identify "viral-worthy" moments from long-form podcast episodes
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with audience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Operational Details:
- Duration: 10–15 weeks (Aligned with the academic semester if needed)
- Commitment: 10–15 hours per week
Location: Remote
- Compensation: Unpaid / College Credit Eligible
