Lismore Road is an independent film and media organization supporting exceptional storytelling with meaningful cultural and social impact. We seek an organized, proactive Operations & Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our small team. The role combines hands-on administration with involvement in project evaluation, festivals, and relationships with filmmakers, funders, and industry leaders. NYC-based, 4 days/week in person.
