We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing businesses in the creator economy, helping some of the world's biggest digital creators build long-term, sustainable businesses beyond social media.

As they continue to scale across North America, they're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join the New York team and play a key role in developing commercial opportunities for a portfolio of high-profile creators.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creators, brands and digital culture, and wants genuine ownership within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business.


What you'll be doing

  • Build and manage relationships with leading consumer brands and agency partners.
  • Identify and secure commercial partnerships across a portfolio of creator talent.
  • Lead negotiations from initial outreach through to signed agreements.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals that align creator audiences with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Managers to maximise revenue opportunities for creators.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new categories, brands and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of new business while nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.


We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management or digital media sales.
  • A strong understanding of the creator economy and social platforms.
  • Experience building relationships with brands, agencies or commercial partners.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive, commercially-minded approach with a genuine passion for winning new business.
  • The confidence to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers or digital talent is highly desirable.
