Your Role at VisualHouse

We’re looking for a Senior Creative / Art Director to lead the development and execution of high-impact creative across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping creative direction, leading projects end-to-end, and mentoring designers. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing conceptual thinking with executional excellence.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives across multiple platforms.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end creative: from concept to execution across brand, campaign, digital, and print
  • Visual direction across projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and storytelling impact
  • Brand systems, design frameworks, and high-quality creative output
  • Client presentations: clearly articulating and defending creative thinking
  • Creative input into pitches and new business

What You’ll Lead

  • Day-to-day creative direction for designers & project teams
  • Mentorship and feedback to elevate team output
  • High standards of craft, detail, and delivery
  • Collaboration across creative, production, and leadership teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–10+ years in a creative agency/branding studio
  • Strong portfolio across branding, campaigns, and digital
  • Confident presenter with clear creative rationale
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Proficiency in Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual systems
  • Comfortable owning multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: motion, Webflow, or built environment experience
  • Interest or experience in architecture / built environment is advantageous
