Job Description
We’re looking for a Social Branded Designer to help bring campaigns to life across our social platforms through compelling, platform-native creative in the form of graphics, carousels and Stories posts. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong design sensibilities with sharp copywriting instincts and a deep understanding of social media. You’ll ideate and execute branded and core social content, collaborating closely with sales, editorial, and creative teams to deliver engaging, high-performing campaigns.
This is a part-time (20-25 hours per week), temporary position with a duration of 2 months. This role is expected to work occasional weekend or off hours to help cover industry events or big releases. This role primarily involves computer-based work with extended periods of sitting or standing and regular use of hands and vision for tasks such as typing. Occasional travel is required, which could include lifting and carrying materials, and navigating airports, hotels, and other venues. This is a hybrid position in Los Angeles, CA with required in-office work 3 days per week.

Concept & Execute Social Campaign Content

Create high-quality graphics and visual assets for social posts and campaigns.

Translate campaign messaging into visually compelling, scroll-stopping creative.

Ensure content aligns with campaign goals while feeling native to each platform.

Contribute design support for video assets, events, and franchise-based content initiatives.

Apply Platform Best Practices

Maintain a strong understanding of social media best practices across major platforms. (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)

Optimize content for engagement, reach, and performance.

Stay current on platform trends, formats, and evolving audience behaviors.

Support Campaign & Event Execution

Assist with content creation tied to live events, activations, and tentpole moments.

Occasionally travel or support on-the-ground coverage as needed.

Contribute to weekend or staggered coverage when required.

The Must Haves:

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing social-first work

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

Experience writing social copy for brands or media platforms

Background working on branded content or marketing campaigns

Deep knowledge of gaming, entertainment, and pop culture

Understanding of platform-native storytelling and social trends

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
