Social Media Manager (Short Form Content)

Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Shiloh & Bros, a beloved family entertainment YouTube channel with 10.6M subscribers and over 5 billion views, is on the hunt for a Social Media Manager (Short Form Content) to grow their presence across YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok! We're helping them fill this position.

Requirements:

• You're based in Tennessee and available to work in-person across both set days and office days
• You have a deep understanding of "the hook," re-watchability, and the YouTube Shorts/TikTok algorithms
• You have proven experience managing or significantly contributing to social media pages with measurable growth
• You're comfortable thriving in a fast-paced filming environment and can also execute in an office setting
• You can work seamlessly alongside a production team without disrupting the main workflow
• You're highly organized, data-driven, and able to own a consistent weekly posting schedule
• Strong filming skills (mobile or camera) and rapid editing ability are a must
• Applications must include links to social media pages you've managed or contributed to — no exceptions

Responsibilities:

• Film trend-based and BTS content on production days, executing quick and engaging ideas on the fly
• Handle filming and rapid-fire editing of Shorts to keep feeds fresh and consistent
• Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule, hitting specific weekly posting goals
• Monitor analytics across platforms and pivot strategy based on performance data
• Manage and maintain the channel's Discord server
• Contribute to the growth strategy across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
• Collaborate with the production team to capture content without interrupting the main shoot workflow
