Summary of Position
The Digital Specialist role requires a talented individual with exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, an attention to detail, a proactive nature, a “can do” attitude, the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, and thrives in a dynamic, creative and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy – Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for all Latin America to guide the sub-distributors and communicate idea shares that create synergy throughout the region.
- Digital Material Launches – Coordinate the localization and approval of key marketing materials (trailers, posters) and digital assets with Lionsgate International marketing team, labs and local partners for digital debuts for all our theatrical releases and work with LATAM sub-distributors to secure debut partners for each online debut.
- Research & Data – Analyze key campaign performance metrics/data and submit reports and infographics that share significant findings, insights and strategic takeaways internally and with LATAM sub-distributors to optimize campaigns in real time and give guidance for future releases while also sharing relevant trends in the Film & Entertainment Industry.
- Digital Asset Management – Manage digital campaign assets in Box/OneClear to ensure they are accessible to Latin America (files supplied by producers and localized files).
- Strategy & Highlight Marketing Decks: Support the creation of LATAM Marketing Strategy Decks, Campaign Highlight Presentations and collect visuals of LATAM marketing campaigns from sub-distributors including digital initiatives, promotional partnerships, influencer activations, and exhibitor & media posts.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant experience managing international or global campaigns, preferably in entertainment or media
- Proven leadership in developing and executing large-scale digital and social campaigns for high-profile brands or releases
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, paid digital media ecosystems, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends
- Data-driven mindset and solutions-oriented leadership style with solid communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools
- Must be a pro-active, self-starter with initiative who is able to work independently and can take ownership of projects from start to finish while also working well in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and feels comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines in high pressure situations
- Strong work-ethic, organized and detailed oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides
- A plus if candidate has graphic skills with proficiency in Photoshop & InDesign
- Spanish fluency preferred

$70,000 - $75,000
