Role Overview
As a Staff Accountant within the Creators Department, you will serve as a critical bridge between our creative talent and the business operations team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end financial lifecycle of creator partnerships—from initial invoicing to final payment distribution. You will leverage a specialized tech stack including Workday, Salesforce, and Monday.com to coordinate with our agent team in order to ensure accurate invoicing and client payment.

- Execute the full invoicing process in Workday, creating and reviewing invoices for creator revenue streams, brand deals, and talent commissions.
- Manage accounts receivable by monitoring aging reports and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Utilize the Salesforce to Monday.com integration to track deal stages and trigger financial workflows.
- Partner closely with business agents and talent managers to coordinate the collection of funds from third-party brands and subsequent payments to talent.
- Facilitate "trust accounting" workflows, ensuring that talent is paid promptly once client funds are secured.
- Experience: 2 Years Experience in Public or Private Accounting Recommended.
- Professional Communication: Ability to communicate complex financial details clearly to non-finance stakeholders, specifically talent agents and creative partners.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in data mapping between platforms to ensure creators are paid the correct amounts based on tiered commission structures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
