Studio Operations Manager

Bungalow StudiosNashville, TNPosted

Job Description

Studio Coordinator

Manage operations, people, growth

Bungalow Studios is Nashville's flex production platform — two soundstages, dedicated podcast suites, and a growing membership of creators, agencies, and production companies.

We're looking for the person who keeps the studio running. You're the barrier between the daily studio needs and the people building the business — the one who keeps the space clean, the bookings tight, the members happy, and the doors open without anyone having to ask twice. If something's broken, dirty, or missing, you fix it or flag it before it becomes a problem.

This role is hands-on: one day you might be coordinating a shoot or resetting a stage, while the next you’re onboarding a member, leading a tour, or managing a maintenance vendor. You own the details to ensure the studio feels effortless for everyone who walks through our doors. Ultimately, it’s about the guest experience. We aim to create a frictionless environment where creators—whether filming a project or recording a podcast—feel fully supported and free from technical distractions.

What You’ll Own

  • Daily operations — open/close, cleanliness and readiness across every space, snacks and supplies stocked
  • Booking system and master studio calendar — keep it accurate, coordinate podcast and membership bookings, triage inquiries
  • Membership — onboarding, member experience, and making sure every perk we promise actually shows up
  • Guest experience and tours — first impression to last
  • Tenant coordination and building maintenance
  • Vendor relationships, restocking, repairs
  • Admin — logins, mail, weekly syncs with leadership, supporting the Director and owners
  • Social Content - Capturing or managing content as the day happens — clips, BTS, raw material for our social

Who You Are

  • Relentlessly organized and proactive — you don't wait to be told
  • Hospitality instincts — you make people feel taken care of
  • Hands-on and unbothered by a little physical work
  • Creative — you notice what's worth capturing and pitch ideas
  • Calm under a full studio, no ego, leaves it better than you found it
  • Creative problem solving and critical thinker
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

Details

  • Full-time, on-site — Nashville (915 Twin Elms Ct)
  • Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with occasional (rare) weekend coverage
  • $48,000–$54,000, depending on experience
  • Reports to the Studio Director
  • To apply: send a resume and a short note about why this role fits you to justin@bungalownash.com
