Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and detail-oriented People Ops Manager to support full cycle recruiting efforts across Nick DiGiovanni's brand and associated teams. Your role will be essential in overseeing the full talent pipeline from identifying top-tier talent to streamlining recruitment processes to onboarding and helping scale a fast-growing digital media company built around one of the world’s top food creators.
You have a background in recruiting for creative, production, or digital media roles, are highly organized, and have a strong eye for talent. Ideally, we are also looking for someone with some background in Communications/PR or openness to support in those fields.

Who You’ll Work With
As a People Ops, you’ll collaborate closely with company leadership, primarily the Head of Business Operations, to define hiring needs, source candidates, and manage end-to-end recruiting across both full-time and freelance roles. You will also support with internal team needs, such as all-hands meetings, annual company gatherings, and team bonding!
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), drafting compelling JDs, candidate outreach/coordination, and first round interviews
- A strong ability to source, vet, and engage high-performing talent across creative, technical, and operational roles
- Background in building top tier onboarding systems to integrate new talent into the team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing multiple hiring pipelines at once
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
