ABOUT RHMRHM is a talent management company operating in the creator economy, representing digital creators across multiple categories and platforms. We partner with talent and brands to build long-term, revenue-driving relationships.


ROLE SUMMARY


If you are already closing brand deals and managing talent but your title and compensation have not caught up, this role is built for you.


We are hiring a Talent Manager who is ready to take full ownership of talent strategy, partnerships, and deal flow from day one.


This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has direct experience managing talent and closing brand deals.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


• Manage and grow a roster of digital creator talent across platforms


• Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, advising on strategy, partnerships, and positioning


• Source, pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnership deals from start to finish


• Own the full deal lifecycle, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights


• Build and maintain relationships with brands, ad agencies, and PR partners


• Develop pricing strategies and guide deal structure to maximize value for talent


• Track and manage deal pipeline, outreach, and conversion


• Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to future opportunities


• Stay current on trends within the creator economy and evolving partnership models


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


• 3 - 4+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships


• Proven experience pitching and closing brand deals independently


• Strong understanding of how partnerships are structured, negotiated, and executed


• Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or PR firms preferred


• Experience working directly with creators strongly preferred


• Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Must be based in Los Angeles and comfortable working remotely with in-person availability as needed
