TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Talent Producer is responsible for sourcing, managing, and coordinating talent for live and recorded content across various platforms.

- Identify, recruit, and book talent for projects, including on-camera hosts, guests, performers, and experts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between talent and production teams, ensuring all logistics, schedules, and contracts are managed efficiently.
- Coordinate pre-production activities, including research, briefing talent, and preparing scripts or talking points.
- Handle all talent-related administrative tasks such as contracts, releases, and payments.
- Manage on-set or on-location talent needs, ensuring comfort, timing, and readiness for shoots or live broadcasts.
- Collaborate with casting and creative teams to source new talent and maintain talent databases.
- Troubleshoot talent-related issues and provide solutions to keep production on schedule.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging talent to maintain competitive edge.
- 2–5 years of experience in talent coordination, casting, or production.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with talent databases, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required.
- Experience in live broadcast or digital content production.
- Network of industry contacts and emerging talent.
- Fast-paced production environment.
- Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Occasional travel to production sites or events.
