About The Role & Team TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Talent Producer is responsible for sourcing, managing, and coordinating talent for live and recorded content across various platforms.

Your Day-day
  • Identify, recruit, and book talent for projects, including on-camera hosts, guests, performers, and experts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between talent and production teams, ensuring all logistics, schedules, and contracts are managed efficiently.
  • Coordinate pre-production activities, including research, briefing talent, and preparing scripts or talking points.
  • Handle all talent-related administrative tasks such as contracts, releases, and payments.
  • Manage on-set or on-location talent needs, ensuring comfort, timing, and readiness for shoots or live broadcasts.
  • Collaborate with casting and creative teams to source new talent and maintain talent databases.
  • Troubleshoot talent-related issues and provide solutions to keep production on schedule.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging talent to maintain competitive edge.
You Have
  • 2–5 years of experience in talent coordination, casting, or production.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with talent databases, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required.
  • Experience in live broadcast or digital content production.
  • Network of industry contacts and emerging talent.
  • Fast-paced production environment.
  • Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel to production sites or events.
