The Vice Pres ident of Brand Partnerships will lead the strategy, development, and monetization of brand partnerships for the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) . This role i s responsible for packaging and selling the PBA’s intellectual property across sponsorships, events, media, digital, and social platforms to drive partnership revenue and brand growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in sports partnerships and sponsorship sales, with a proven track record of developing high value brand collaborations across sports and media. While the primary focus will be the PBA, this leader may also support select partnership opportunities across Lucky Strike Entertainment properties.

The pay range for this position is $200,000 + bonus

What You’ll Do Strategic Partnership Leadership
- Develop and execute the enterprise brand partnership and sponsorship strategy for the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), driving sponsorship revenue across its events, media platforms, and marketing assets.
- Identify high value partnership opportunities across sports, entertainment, lifestyle, technology, and consumer brands.
- Create innovative multi platform partnership offerings spanning live events, media integrations, digital content, social platforms, licensing, and experiential marketing.
- Serve as the senior executive responsible for partnership strategy, negotiation, and revenue performance.
- Lead the development and sale of enterprise sponsorships and brand collaborations across the company’s national footprint and media ecosystem.
- Structure complex partnership agreements including naming rights, media sponsorships, event sponsorships, licensing partnerships, and experiential activations.
- Drive multi year strategic partnerships that integrate brands into sports programming, events, venues, and digital platforms.
- Build customized partnership proposals and creative brand integrations that maximize value for both partners and the organization.
- Leverage the Professional Bowlers Association’s intellectual property, media rights, and athlete ecosystem to develop premium sponsorship and brand integration opportunities.
- Work closely with media, production, and marketing teams to integrate partners into broadcast programming, digital media, and social platforms.
- Develop innovative sports marketing partnerships that connect brands to fans through live events, athletes, and content distribution channels.
- Partner with marketing, events, digital, and operations teams to execute high impact brand activations across venues, tournaments, and national events.
- Develop creative partnership concepts that elevate guest experiences while delivering measurable brand value.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of partnership development including ideation, negotiation, execution, and performance measurement.
- Build and maintain senior level relationships with global brands, agencies, sports leagues, and media partners.
- Collaborate with leading agencies and talent organizations to identify new partnership opportunities across sports and entertainment ecosystems.
- Represent the company at industry events, sponsorship forums, and partnership summits to position the organization as a leader in sports and entertainment marketing.
- Extensive experience leading brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or commercial partnerships within sports, media, or entertainment organizations.
- Proven track record structuring and selling high value sponsorships and partnership agreements.
- Deep understanding of sports marketing, media rights, licensing partnerships, and experiential sponsorships.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience packaging intellectual property, media inventory, and event assets into scalable revenue opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and relationship building skills.
- Experience leading and developing high performing partnership sales teams.
- Bachelor’ s degree in Marketing , Business, Sports Management, or related field required .
- 12+ years of experience in sports partnerships, sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or media partnerships.
- Experience working with sports leagues, agencies, entertainment properties, or media organizations strongly preferred.
