About IAL Football
The International Arena League, also known as IAL Football, is a new professional arena football league launching in 2026 with teams across North America and Europe. IAL Football delivers fast-paced, high-energy arena football and an innovative, fan-first entertainment experience.
We are building a best-in-class media team at our Las Vegas headquarters to support league growth, team storytelling, social media content, game coverage, sponsor content, and international brand expansion.
Position Overview
IAL Football is seeking a talented, reliable, and creative Videographer / Video Editor to join our team full-time on-site in Las Vegas.
This role will be responsible for filming, editing, organizing, and delivering high-quality video content across league platforms, including social media, YouTube, website content, broadcast support, commercials, sponsor videos, player features, game recaps, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns.
This position requires in-person collaboration at our Las Vegas headquarters, attendance at games and league events, and availability during the football season schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Film and edit video content for IAL Football’s social media, website, YouTube, broadcast, and promotional platforms.
Capture player interviews, coach interviews, practices, media days, league events, sponsor content, fan reactions, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Edit short-form vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Edit longer-form content including game recaps, player profiles, team features, commercials, sponsor videos, hype videos, and league updates.
Work closely with marketing, social media, broadcast, football operations, and league leadership to develop compelling video content.
Assist in creating content that supports team storytelling, league branding, ticket sales, sponsorships, and fan engagement.
Organize footage, manage media files, and maintain a clean post-production workflow.
Help develop weekly video content calendars and meet fast-turnaround deadlines.
Assist with basic lighting, audio, camera setup, and production planning.
Attend home games and select league events for coverage.
Support the league’s overall media and content strategy as IAL Football grows across North America and Europe
Qualifications
2+ years of video production, video editing, sports media, social media content, or related experience preferred.
Strong editing skills and ability to create polished, high-energy content quickly.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Ability to shoot clean, professional-looking video in office, interview, event, and live sports environments.
Understanding of basic lighting, audio, framing, composition, and camera operation.
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage footage, files, and deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office setting.
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays during the football season as needed.
Strong knowledge of football is preferred. Arena or indoor football knowledge is a plus.

Owning professional equipment is a plus, but not the only factor in hiring. IAL Football needs to understand each applicant’s current production capabilities, technical experience, and what type of assignments they are prepared to handle. League equipment may also be used depending on the project.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience filming live sporting events.
Experience editing sports highlights, hype videos, commercials, or social media content.
Experience with fast-turnaround edits during or after games.
Motion graphics experience is a plus.
Basic color correction and audio cleanup skills.
Experience with YouTube thumbnails, captions, graphics, or social media formatting is a plus.
Experience working in a startup, expansion league, sports team, media company, or fast-paced content environment.
Ability to contribute creative ideas for social media, promos, interviews, and storytelling.
