Night is a next-generation media holding company redefining talent representation for the digital age. Night manages over 200 of the world’s most influential digital creators across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch. With a fully bootstrapped foundation and a digital-first ethos, Night has emerged as a cultural powerhouse at the intersection of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and the creator economy. The company’s comprehensive suite of services includes talent management, a top-tier brand advisory practice, and a venture studio. As the traditional media landscape continues to evolve, Night is building the infrastructure that empowers individual creators to become global brands.

About The Role

Is your daily screentime embarrassingly high? Are you obsessed with creators, trends, and can spot a thing before it's a thing? Do you live and breathe YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram culture? We’re looking for an Insights & Strategy Coordinator to support our brand advisory practice - you’ll be responsible for surfacing cultural trends, identifying top creators, and helping bring big creative strategies to life. This role is part of Night’s Advisory Practice (NAP), which works directly with brand teams to advise them on creator marketing strategies that drive measurable impact. You’ll work closely with our creative strategists to track internet culture in real time, make recommendations rooted in audience behavior, and play a key role in organizing the research and strategy that power our campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on trending content, creators, and platform behavior across social platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Identify emerging trends before they hit the mainstream, offering proactive recommendations to brand partners and internal teams.
  • Build curated creator lists based on campaign needs, brand targets, and community relevance.
  • Support campaign development by drafting briefs, collecting creator stats, and tracking deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain internal databases on creator performance, category trends, and past activations.
  • Assist strategists in executing creator programs, prepping materials, and helping campaigns run smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years experience in marketing, content, or creator-adjacent work (agency, brand, talent, etc).
  • Deep knowledge of creators, culture, and content across platforms.
  • Comfortable running structured AI prompts and synthesizing information into insights.
  • Passion for the creator economy and the evolving intersection of culture, content, and community.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication and research skills.

If you live and breathe creator culture and want to help shape the next era of brand marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
