Responsibilities
Job Description
- Negotiate, draft, and manage a high volume of live performance and brand partnership agreements for a diverse roster of musical artists, including contracts for global touring, music festivals, multi-date residencies, and one-off performances worldwide.
- Assist in negotiations of agency-wide terms and conditions with domestic and international music promoters.
- Provide business affairs guidance and support on branded and endorsement opportunities for artists, including brand partnership agreements, long-term endorsements, influencer deals, and licensing agreements.
- Advise on and negotiate new media and content deals, including live stream, pay-per-view (PPV), and on-demand formats.
- Collaborate closely with internal agent teams and external stakeholders to structure innovative, strategic deals that protect the interests of both the artists and the agency.
- JD degree with active bar membership required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in entertainment or music law, business affairs, or a similar role within the music or talent representation industries.
- Strong track record of negotiating and drafting complex agreements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with high-profile clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and strategic perspective.
- A passion for the live music industry is a plus!
