We’re looking for a Head of Brand & Creative who can elevate and scale the brand while protecting the magic that drives our community.

This is a very hands-on role — someone who can lead at a high level while also rolling up their sleeves to execute.

Role Overview

The Head of Brand & Creative is both the strategic architect and creative driver of The Bar’s identity. This person shapes how the brand looks, feels, sounds, and shows up across every touchpoint — from product launches and content to social, marketing, Ecom, packaging, and customer experience.

This role blends high-level brand vision with day-to-day creative execution. You must be able to build the future of the brand while jumping in to get assets, concepts, campaigns, and stories out the door.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Vision

Own and evolve The Bar’s brand identity, voice, values, and long-term positioning.

Build modular brand systems and frameworks that scale across drops, campaigns, and new categories.

Shape and protect the brand’s POV: emotional, modern, bold, aspirational yet accessible.

Identify cultural opportunities and new territories for expansion.

Creative Leadership

Lead and mentor the creative team across design, content, copy, photo/video, and social.

Drive creative direction for every major drop, shoot, and campaign.

Hands-on involvement in concepting, designing, reviewing, and refining creative work.

Partner closely with the Founder to ensure authenticity and alignment.

Content, Social & Influence

Must have experience leading social-first campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, short-form video, editorial/editorial-style content, and influencer/creator storytelling). This brand lives on social, so your work has to reflect that.

Oversee the content ecosystem and editorial flow — themes, cadence, visual direction, storytelling.

Ensure social content meets the brand’s taste level and taps into culture in real time.

Guide creator/influencer strategy with Marketing.

Product, Packaging & CX

Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure collections reflect brand storytelling.

Direct packaging, unboxing, and retail experiences.

Create cohesive brand experiences across digital, physical, and community touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Partner with Marketing, Operations, eComm, Production, and Leadership to ensure cohesive execution.

Build processes and creative workflows that maintain quality while keeping up with speed.

Act as the brand’s voice and cultural anchor within the company.

Performance & Growth

Set brand KPIs, measure creative/campaign performance, and drive improvements.

Manage budgets, agency partners, and creative resources.

Use data, insights, and cultural trends to evolve strategy and brand expression.

Qualifications

6–12+ years in brand, creative direction, or marketing roles — ideally fashion, lifestyle, or creator-driven.

Proven ability to build, scale, and elevate a brand.

Strong creative eye with the ability to execute hands-on when needed.

Experience leading creative teams and implementing brand systems.

Deep understanding of social-first storytelling and high-volume content environments.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, drop-driven brand environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
