Job Overview:

Range Media Partners is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Social Media and Integrated Marketing, to join the rapidly growing Marketing department. In this role, you will be a key member of the team, driving social-first strategies and driving client relationships across a diverse portfolio of entertainment clients including but not limited to: brands, actors, celebrities, musicians, athletes, and TV/Film releases, and more. This role will have a focus on Talent accounts. With a deep understanding of digital culture and social engagement, you will own and execute comprehensive social media strategies that enhance visibility, build communities, and drive impactful engagement.

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored social strategies, identifying emerging trends, and ensuring that client narratives remain culturally relevant and ahead of the curve. You will oversee day-to-day social management, content planning, and audience development while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, creative partners, and external stakeholders. A passion for digital innovation, entertainment marketing, and industry trends is essential, as you will be shaping and influencing high-profile social media presences.

This role reports directly to the Co-Heads of Social Marketing+ and is based in Santa Monica, CA.

• Ideate and deliver upon the brand tone, look and feel
• No task is too big or small - easily pivots between developing a robust campaign marketing plan to directly publishing on a social account
• A team player who thrives in a fast past environment

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day communications directly with clients
• Manage live social media calendars for clients including strategy, publishing, and community management
• Project manage both one-off clients and retainer clients
• Have strong copywriting skills with a social first point of view
• Experience working with high profile clients on a day-to-day basis
• Proficient in Google tools
• Collaborate directly with the creative team in building assets for clients
• Engage in daily cross-departmental collaboration
• Identify problematic crisis for escalation, ideally 5 steps ahead of it occurring
• You need to be willing to dive in and contribute actively in a dynamic and thriving department

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• Social media marketing experience
• Passion for social and client work
• Meets and exceeds client servicing excellence
• Desire to be at the forefront of social marketing and entertainment
• Experience with high-profile Talent clients (celebrities, athletes, musicians, actors)
• In-depth knowledge of all social platforms and how to build/grow/engage across them

As an employer in California, Range Media Partners adheres to the state's pay transparency laws. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
