World of Wonder, the award-winning entertainment company behind groundbreaking and globally recognized content, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support its co-CEOs. This is an in-person role based in Los Angeles.


We're looking for a highly motivated, resourceful individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, brings a proactive approach to problem-solving, and has strong interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, calls, and communications for two high-level executives

Prioritize and maintain schedules, ensuring timely follow-up and execution

Prepare meeting agendas and track action items

Take detailed notes during calls and meetings as needed

Provide daily executive and administrative support

Coordinate closely with key production teams and networks

Arrange and manage travel logistics and detailed itineraries


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting executives at an agency, studio, production company, or network (required)

Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

Strategic thinker capable of multitasking effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit


Must be based in Los Angeles

Salary/Benefits

$24.00 - 30.00 per hour

Plus OT; Medical, dental and vision available after a successful 6 month trial period
