The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $199,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Who we are looking for
We're looking for a Lead Digital Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Direct Marketing organization in Los Angeles. This position will play a key role in driving important relationships with Nike consumers through the implementation of dynamic and testable marketing plans that ultimately increase engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record developing and carrying out consumer-centric, multi-channel marketing plans, and have the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. It's crucial that this individual be proactive, curious, data-minded, and actively looking for ways we can obsess the consumer journey/experience to help build daily relationships with our brand. The Consumer Direct Marketing team lives and breathes at the intersection of art and science - It's as much about being able to successfully translate complex data/insights, as it is demonstrating incredible brand creativity and intuition to uncover inspiring storytelling, drive a great brief, and ultimately, create amazing connections with consumers. What you will work on
In this role you will obsess the end to end consumer experience on all Nike owned and partner platforms informed by insights, analytics and creative approach to position the channel as best in class. You will craft and deliver marketing seasonal plans, centered on consumer engagement and insights and aligned with brand and business priorities with clear KPI's. You will craft consumer journeys, Geography cross-functional partners to ensure storytelling and engagement with the end in mind to drive long term value and engagement. The candidate should have an understanding of analytics, communicating channel insights, tear downs and takeaways on a weekly-monthly-seasonally basis.
Who you will work with
As a member of the Los Angeles Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM) team, you will report to the Digital Director, Consumer Direct Marketing. You'll partner closely with the city, geo and global teams, along with external agency partners to develop deep, ‘365' programming plans to power the Nike platform. Building positive relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be imperative to your success. You will collaborate daily with partners including the Los Angeles Consumer Direct Marketing team (Member Experiences Manager, Social Manager, Media Manager), brand management, integrated media, and creative studios to bring the brand to life across social channels. From a retail standpoint, you will team up with the Nike Direct stores team to co-develop marketing plans to support traffic driving efforts to our local stores. Obsessing the user experience, you will coordinate with internal partners and platform users across the business to ensure best-in-class application of social capabilities.

- You will craft strategy regarding A/B testing in partnership with Global and cross functional teams, influencing future marketing strategies with insights. You will partner with Nike cross functional teams to have a full understanding of current and future capabilities of all Nike owned platforms. You will deliver marketing plans that use capabilities in an innovative way to drive best in class marketing experiences for our consumers and members.

What you bring
- BA/BS Degree preferred or combination of education/work experience
- 5+ years of work experience in digital/online marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and tactics across key channels including digital apps, email, .com experiences, paid media and social, and how to apply these tactics to thoughtful journeys against the funnel
- Ability to craft strong briefs based on Art and Science that improves the deployment of outstanding content that will win with our consumer
- Proven track record leading and implementing consumer-centric, multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills to influence functional teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills and comfort demonstrating how art and science come together to inform plans and decision making
- Strong understanding of digital analytics standard methodologies and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions
