What You’ll Do
- Own and execute marketing campaigns across digital, experiential, content, and brand channels
- Build and lead a high-performance team as GGL expands its creative and strategic footprint
- Collaborate with content, talent, production, partnerships, and ops to ensure all messaging is aligned
- Oversee social strategy, paid media, content performance, brand partnerships, and product launches
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and constantly iterate for improvement
- Serve as the internal marketing driver, keeping campaigns on time, on message, and on fire
- Contribute fresh ideas, pitch bold collaborations, and bring new opportunities to the table
- Work closely with the CMO and executive team on brand development and market positioning
What You Bring
- 4+ years in marketing (ideally across entertainment, gaming, lifestyle, or digital media)
- Experience leading cross-platform campaigns (organic + paid)
- A deep understanding of youth culture, creator economy, and content marketing
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Confidence to present and back your ideas, with the curiosity to keep learning
- You get things done. You’re not afraid to start small, fail fast, and grow big
