Job Description

Who we are:

Bonfire Labs is a creative studio moving brands further and faster.

We develop strategy, brand platforms, integrated campaigns, broadcast spots, web content, social, launch films, product and educational films, popcorn...we make it all.

We have long-running collaborative partnerships with many of the best brands in the world. In the parlance of our times, we’re scalable as hell. Our flexible model lets us fit process, talent, and timeline to any given project.

Engaging as part of the Bonfire Labs team requires knowledge of ideation, production, design, creative processes, and workflows. We’re a tight-knit company, which means everyone here makes a big impact on who we are and what we do. We have a strong creative culture, and we consider everyone a contributor and essential to success. We make great work. We have fun doing it. We want you to join us in both.

Who you are:

  • You can’t help but produce work that is smart, strategic and beautifully crafted for a wide range of brands.

  • You are thoughtful, attentive and collaborative with a special attention to detail.

  • A portfolio that displays a variety of visual styles across those mediums, with a preference for some experience designing for motion.

  • Experienced working across styles and can set an art direction style accordingly
  • You're a strategic conceptual thinker
  • Ability to collaborate with a large team (Producers, Creative Leads, Artists) to produce inventive and relevant work.
  • Maintain work and execution across multiple projects simultaneously. Take initiative where opportunities exist, balance priorities, and communicate roadblocks or flags. Ask for help when needed.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Must have authorization to work in the US.

Experience using:

  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Keynote
  • AI
  • Google apps (i.e. Drive, Slides, Docs)
