Business & Legal Affairs Intern

A24 is looking for a part-time, in-person intern to support the Business & Legal Affairs team in our NYC office -- must be available up to 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and summarizing entertainment and corporate contracts.
Maintaining the legal department’s knowledge management resources.
Researching legal questions related to film and tv projects and ancillary issues.
Assisting with special projects.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school (preference will be given to 2Ls and 3Ls).
Available part-time during the school semester to work out of A24’s office in New York City.
Strong interest in entertainment law.
Highly detail-oriented.
Excellent written and oral communication skills

This internship is a part-time role. The hourly rate is between $20-25, depending on experience. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
