Key Skills:
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Production Coordinator to help manage the execution of AV, print and 360 campaigns from kick-off through delivery. This role bridges creative development and production logistics, supporting internal teams and ensuring projects move smoothly across departments and clients.
The ideal candidate is a detail-obsessed multitasker with a love for all things entertainment, and experience in (or deep interest in) trailers, TV spots, posters, and integrated campaigns.
Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day production and creative workflows across AV, print, and digital campaigns.
- Track and manage project timelines, internal deadlines, and client delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with editors, graphic designers, copywriters, and finishing teams to ensure timely and accurate asset production.
- Maintain status reports, project trackers, and delivery logs.
- Manage incoming assets (footage, scripts, key art, legal copy, etc.) and ensure proper distribution.
- Support scheduling for team meetings, creative reviews, and client presentations.
- Help maintain organization of shared assets, servers, and project folders.
- Support production team in QCing assets before delivery to a client.
- Develop and optimize efficiencies across workflows.
- Work with Production Team to help maintain billing schedules, develop briefs and log client feedback.
- Work closely with Creative Services team in London to facilitate smooth handoff of projects, manage global agency resources, and maximize production efficiencies across global agency sites.
- Provide basic technical support, including remote workstation access, backup management, and general IT troubleshooting.
- Handle data operations such as media ingest and delivery, project folder setup, permissions control, and archival of completed projects.
- Oversee general office management duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a creative agency, post-production house, or entertainment marketing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of AV and print campaigns (trailers, TV spots, posters, etc).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable interfacing with creatives, producers, and clients.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Trello, Monday, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Avid, or post-production processes. (Desirable)
