Social Media Manager (Podcaster Client + Content)

About Us

We’re a fast-growing digital media brand producing one of the top LGBTQ+ podcasts in Los Angeles. Our show explores pop culture, identity, and unapologetic conversations — raw, entertaining, and made for the queer community (and beyond). We also manage social channels for high-profile creators and talent in the LGBTQ+ space.

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and culturally dialed-in Social Media Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about queer content, love podcasts, and know how to turn moments into viral clips — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Own and manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube Shorts
Clip podcast episodes for short-form platforms (you don’t need to be a pro editor, but should know how to cut clean, caption, and export with basic flair)
Develop creative content ideas, trends, and social strategies to grow engagement and audience
Write captions that provoke replies, shares, and emotion
Coordinate with talent, editors, and team to align on weekly goals
Monitor analytics, adjust strategies, and help build a strong, loyal community
Attend occasional in-person shoots, meetings, or events in LA

What We’re Looking For

Strong grasp of LGBTQ+ internet culture, meme fluency, and pop commentary
Experience running social accounts for podcasts, influencers, or media brands
A clear creative eye — you know how to make a clip pop
Strong written voice with a knack for witty, provocative, or emotionally engaging copy
Ability to work fast, self-manage, and thrive in a fast-paced creative team
Familiar with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Collaborative, open-minded, and excited to be part of a growing brand

Bonus if you…

Have worked with queer creators or in entertainment/media
Are also a strong graphic designer, meme maker, or brand strategist
Want to grow into a larger role on a brand that's blowing up
