Your New Role...
Are you ready to play a key role behind the scenes of world-class film and TV productions? As a Rigging Rentals Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working alongside the Rigging Rentals Manager to keep our department running like clockwork. From managing bookings to ensuring seamless operations, you’ll help deliver top-tier service to some of the biggest productions in the industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and love the magic of filmmaking, this role is for you.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Overseeing the rentals business cycle from receiving orders to the quote stage, through to delivery and the final collection of any equipment
- Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly prepared and ready for invoicing on time, and all orders are entered onto the system correctly and match the delivery notes and Purchase Orders.
- Responsible for filing and record retention in line with company policies and procedures.
- To abide by all Health and Safety Regulations provided by WBLS H&S executives.
- To be the first point of contact for customers
- Assisting with management reporting as and when required to do so.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients and other members of staff.
Qualifications & Experiences...
- Sound level of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with changing priorities.
- Highly organised self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
