Executive & Personal Assistant to Entertainer and Beauty Company Founder (Full-Time) Needed in West Los Angeles


Location: Pacific Palisades/Brentwood, CA (Residence & Office-Based) Travel: Occasional domestic travel, including East Coast


Salary 100-120K DOE


Overview:


We are seeking a sharp, adaptable Executive and Personal Assistant to serve as the right hand to a dynamic, multi-hyphenate founder based on the westside of Los Angeles. This fast-paced, in-person role spans both her private residence and professional office, supporting a wide range of personal and business priorities across multiple businesses.


The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, quick on their feet, and thrives in environments where no two days look the same. They're a clear communicator with sound judgment, a knack for anticipating needs, and the confidence to take initiative without overstepping. This role requires discretion, agility, and the ability to keep complex logistics running smoothly behind the scenes, whether managing a busy household or supporting high-level company operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • ● Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO
  • ● Manage complex, ever-changing calendars for multiple ventures; coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the founder’s production company, beauty brand, podcast, and personal life.
  • ● Arrange and oversee intricate domestic and international travel, including accommodations, ground transportation, greeters, and detailed itineraries
  • ● Liaise with agents, publicists, managers, vendors, stylists, glam teams, and other external partners
  • ● Support and engage with 3 children in the household as needed; must be dog and child-friendly
  • ● Oversee seasonal East Coast operations and travel with the family as required
  • Occasional errands, returns, sending gifts, etc
  • ● Manage household vendor communications, scheduling, and troubleshooting ranging from dog walkers to chefs
  • ● Anticipate needs, handle confidential matters with discretion, and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach
  • ● 24/7 mentality and availability to be online weekends and after hours
  • Qualifications:


  •  Minimum 3+ years of executive desk or high-level assistant experience (entertainment, talent management, or similar industry preferred)
  • ● Proven ability to manage fast-paced, high-stakes environments with calm under pressure
  • ● Familiarity with the entertainment industry and comfort working with high-profile individuals
  • ● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ● Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; availability beyond 9–5 is essential
  • ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ● Tech-savvy and resourceful, with a team-player mindset
  • ● Valid drivers license and passport
  • ● Verifiable references and clean background check (including driving record)
