Location: Los Angeles-based only (Remote, with optional in-person creative support)
Commitment: 2–3 hours/month (with opportunity to take on more clients and projects in the future)
Compensation: $150–$250/month (DOE)
Contract Type: Freelance / 1099
Reports To: Creative Director & Nicole Bruno, Founder

Bruno PR & Social is seeking an experienced, detail-driven Freelance Visual Content Creator to support our team with high-quality, branded content for social media. This monthly retainer role is ideal for a designer with 4–6 years of experience who can execute clean, visually compelling graphics that align with each client’s unique aesthetic.

You'll be responsible for delivering 4 custom social media graphics per month based on provided creative direction and client brand guidelines. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a creative, women-led agency that partners with purpose-driven lifestyle and wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design 4 social media graphics per month for use on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Execute work using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Apply established brand styles and creative direction from the Creative Director
  • Deliver designs formatted and optimized for specific platforms and use cases
  • Upload final assets to Shared Drive and meet agreed-upon deadlines
  • Join 1 short monthly creative alignment call (as needed)

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to design for social media with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with quick turnarounds
  • Able to interpret brand identity and apply it consistently across graphics
  • Clear communicator and responsive to feedback
  • Must be based in Los Angeles

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience designing for skincare, wellness, food, lifestyle, or social impact brands
  • Light motion graphics or animation ability (for future scaling potential)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per month
