About the Job
We’re looking for a highly creative Visual Media Creator to design and edit visually compelling content that brings our brand to life across digital platforms. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Social Media Manager to produce on-brand graphics, short-form videos (primarily editing), and social content that’s meme-aware, cute, aesthetic-driven, and performance-oriented.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, an understanding of visual trends, and hands-on editing skills. Experience with motion graphics and basic video capture or photography is a plus.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the social media manager to execute a high-impact, visually consistent content calendar.
- Create original graphic design assets and layouts tailored for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Produce scroll-stopping, trend-savvy visuals, including animations, short-form video edits, memes, and branded templates.
- Keep up with evolving social trends, formats, and platform features to propose fresh content directions.
- Develop branded content for email marketing, paid campaign and blog posts.
- Maintain an organized library of design templates and reusable visual assets.
- Ensure visual content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and target audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, art, merch, and leadership to support broader business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in visual design, social content creation, or a related creative field.
- Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to create platform-specific visuals for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, storytelling, and engagement mechanics.
- Skilled in designing for both organic and paid social content.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Bonus skills:
- Photography and/or video production (especially mobile-based).
- Animation or motion graphics knowledge.
