Are you passionate about television programming, scheduling, and keeping broadcasts running smoothly? Vegas PBS is looking for a TV Programming & Traffic Manager to lead our traffic team and oversee content scheduling across multiple platforms, including television, web streaming, and other digital services.

What You'll Do:

✅ Lead and supervise traffic personnel, providing guidance and support
✅ Develop programming schedules to ensure seamless broadcasting
✅ Collaborate with engineering and programming teams to troubleshoot and manage content flow
✅ Ensure program logs meet FCC standards and station policies
✅ Oversee scheduling, marketing spot inventory, and promotional placements
✅ Respond to viewer inquiries about programming and scheduling
✅ Maintain electronic and physical program logs while ensuring accuracy and compliance

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) AND a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in traffic scheduling, TV programming, marketing research, or customer relations OR
• 7+ years of experience in the above fields without a degree

Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of television traffic systems and FCC regulations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and troubleshoot technical issues
• Knowledge of media archive systems and scheduling software

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Nevada driver’s license & safe driving record
• DMV-issued driving history (dated within the last 6 months)
