We are offering an equity partner role, not a traditional salaried position. That means:

• No upfront cash compensation.

• Equity (shares) and the possibility of future token-based rewards form the core of your compensation. These tokens are subject to legal approvals and currently hold no assigned financial value.

• Cash compensation will be introduced as we hit key revenue milestones.

This is a role for doers, builders, creatives, thinkers, problem solvers, engineers, and visionaries—for those who don’t just want a seat at the table, but want to help design it.

Overview

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can bring precision to chaos and alignment to ambition. You’ll be the right hand to the CEO, ensuring the team stays on track, on message, and on mission.

This role requires both high-level thinking and hands-on doing. You’ll navigate between strategy and logistics, communication and coordination, execution and iteration. You’re not just a gatekeeper—you’re a force multiplier.

What You’ll Own

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO—prioritize, synthesize, and help execute top initiatives.

• Coordinate across teams to ensure clear goals, follow-through, and alignment.

• Manage internal communications, leadership cadence, and decision flow between departments.

• Act as internal “glue” for people, processes, and priorities across Product, Legal, HR, and Ops.

• Create clarity—flag bottlenecks, track progress, and surface critical info at the right moment.

• Support fundraising, recruiting, investor relations, and key partnerships as needed.

• Build operational muscle around the CEO’s vision—translating big ideas into real momentum.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, strategic operator, or senior project/program manager.

• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and calm under pressure.

• Operates independently, thinks proactively, and moves things forward without needing permission.

• Can handle ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced creative environment.

• Experience working closely with a founder or CEO (especially in startups or creative industries).

• Thrives in asynchronous environments, but knows how to sync when it matters most.
