We are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Senior Content Strategist to join our Social Video Services team - Is this your next opportunity?

Leading a team of creative strategists and creative producers, the Senior Content Strategist ensures the department deliverables are of the highest standard, and that we are simultaneously delivering and innovating on our creative output. This role works collaboratively across all departments at Little Dot Studios and is a key part of establishing and maintaining our creative identity as a company. This role supports all creative content development across the SVS team, supporting platform managers and strategists to make content that outperforms the benchmark. They may support the trend report, proposals, playbooks, competitive reports, etc to take our content strategies to the next level.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Leading a team of creative strategists and creative producers that deliver high quality creative concepts on a variety of projects
  • Working closely and collaboratively with our data and strategy teams and client management teams to ensure best in class content ideation, product and delivery across our client roster
  • Ensuring the team output remains of the highest standard across the department
  • Leading on the pitch development process for creative projects within the Social Video Services department


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

  • 4+ years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience
  • Team Management Experience
  • Remote Experience
  • Excellent knowledge of YouTube and social video platforms and a clear awareness of the differences between them when it comes to effective native video content
  • A mastery of YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook analytics and how they should inform platform-specific creative
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere - After Effects is a bonus!
  • Experience producing social video (timecodes) and shooting content (in person)
  • Outstanding leadership and management skills, a willingness to train, delegate, and elevate your team
  • A thought leadership mentality, and up to date on the latest creative trends within the industry
  • A great communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team player with a hard-working flexible attitude, a good sense of humor and an interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment

Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
