The annual base salary for this position ranges from $61,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $138,600.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Global Jordan Digital Retail Marketing Specialist on our Jordan Consumer Direct Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving and influencing seasonal plans that power the geographies while being analytical and results-oriented. You will help teams make better informed decisions as it pertains to user experience, conversion, engagement, creative content and channel capabilities. This person should have a background in the industry and have analytical competence along with an understanding of marketing consumer experiences on digital platforms. This person should also have member segmentation knowledge along with an understanding of marketing products and services within digital platforms. The candidate should have an understanding of analytics, communicating channel insights, tear downs and takeaways on a weekly-monthly-seasonally basis.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role you will obsess the execution of our end to end consumer marketing plans. You will own the communication of the delivery of our Global marketing seasonal plans, leveraging relationships with global authoring, one creative, and agency partners to drive clarity and identify gaps. You will capture data through a number of databases and integrate in to clear reporting documents, while sharing insights and presenting wins and opportunities.

The role requires involvement in seasonal planning, ensuring Jordan Brand priorities receive marketing support and impactful experiences with member in mind. You participate in day to day communications and meetings with key Global Brand and Geography cross-functional partners and agency partners.

You will craft plans regarding A/B testing in partnership with Geography teams, influencing future marketing strategies with insights. You will partner with Jordan and Nike cross functional teams to have an understanding of current and future capabilities on digital platforms. The role will work with the Digital Director & Managers to provide insights to digital product teams, delivering new capabilities of Nike App, SNKRS, and Email based on Jordan Brand needs and priorities.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report to the Global Jordan Brand CDM Digital Retail Director. The role will work directly with key Jordan Global Brand partners and Geography cross-functional partners. You'll work cross functionally with Jordan and Nike Global Brand and Geography cross-functional partners. We work with merchandising and product teams during certain seasonal gates. The role will also work closely with Jordan Direct Digital Commerce to stay informed and aligned on over arching Nike channel capabilities, adapting to the Jordan Brand.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 1-3+ years of experience working in digital marketing, brand marketing, or a similar field.
  • Skilled in marketing on digital platforms and understanding their core capabilities.
  • Outstanding analytical skills- ability to formulate logical, business insights and test new ideas to improve retention and engagement.
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify, prioritize, and help the team focus on the tasks that drive the most value.
  • Detail oriented, operate with urgency and become comfortable with levels of ambiguity in the business.
  • Thinks creatively and recognizes new innovative solutions
  • Interpersonal skills to help nurture member relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
