Job Title: Content Producer/Showrunner
Location: Orlando, FL (with potential remote flexibility)


Overview:

The Content Producer/Showrunner will lead the creative direction and execution of original programming for Build Network TV. This role is responsible for transforming concepts into engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand and drives audience engagement and revenue. You will manage all aspects of production—from ideation and pre-production through to post-production—and collaborate across departments to ensure projects meet strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Development:
    • Develop and refine creative concepts and show formats that resonate with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with writers, directors, and production teams to shape compelling narratives.
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee all phases of content production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Manage production schedules, coordinate logistics, and maintain effective communication between in-house teams and external partners.
  • Post-Production Oversight:
    • Coordinate editing, sound, and visual effects teams to produce polished final content.
    • Implement quality control processes and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Mentor and guide junior producers and creative team members.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and technology departments to ensure content meets strategic objectives and drives engagement.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor audience feedback and content performance metrics.
    • Adjust creative strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize future projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Producer, Showrunner, or in a similar role within TV, digital media, or streaming platforms.
  • Strong creative vision with a keen understanding of current audience trends and content consumption habits.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage production budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or a related field preferred.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $60,000 to $110,000 annually
Salary is commensurate with experience and performance.
