OVERVIEW:

The Senior Producer - Video is creative, passionate & organized. This position will manage the creation of various types of media for brand and retail focused work including Digital, Social, Television, and other mediums as necessary including complex and high-profile projects. The position will oversee the creation of compelling video content through all aspects of video production - including shooting, editing, motion graphics creation, as well as designing, maintaining, and managing a live studio set. The position requires a well-rounded knowledge of video production, broadcast requirements, and network connections as well as the ability to strongly communicate with senior leadership on a regular basis. Some travel will be required of this position.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of video production including, creative concept and development, writing, directing, lighting, shooting, motion graphics creation, and video editing. Utilize both video editing and motion graphics techniques to create high-end, visually innovative video pieces to meet stated company-wide goals for product videos. Oversee live shopping events, social livestreams, and all future iterations.

  • Own the management of the in-house studio including equipment and staff. Be responsible for clearly communicating updates and camera direction to talent including executive level. Stay current on modern software and techniques and expand his/her knowledge base to remain up to date with industry standards. Maintain production budget and oversee all purchases of new equipment.

  • Travel for shoots.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 7-10 years in broadcast/digital production
