REVOLT Media & TV creates and curates the best in hip-hop culture and engages youth in social conversation – on-air, on-line, and on-demand. This unapologetically hip-hop, multi-platform network offers original and acquired programming for linear and digital platforms as well as live events and activations across the country.

What We’re Looking For:

The Jr. Account Executive or Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing sales revenue with key advertisers while maintaining and cultivating new clients for our multi-platform properties with a focus on innovative and unique solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Growth

  • Strategically drive growth across REVOLT’s new and emerging platforms - including REVOLT Sports, REVOLT Exchange (RX), and REVOLT Gaming – by identifying opportunities to integrate these initiatives into client partnerships
  • Identify, target, develop and secure new business and revenue streams for REVOLT through a variety of platforms including linear TV, Digital/Mobile, CTV and Events
  • Develop, maintain and grow high-level client and agency relationships and serve as a trust consultant
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client needs and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by effectively communicating with clients, executing requests and proactively responding. This includes face to face client interaction, presentations and client entertaining opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain a current knowledge of industry news and competitive marketplace conditions
  • Understand, target, pitch and secure custom marketing programs and non-linear platforms
  • Manage the proposal recap process, including executional deliverables and tracking results
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to advertisers as well as media planners/buyers, and branded content leads
  • Generate business plans to define your selling strategies and tactics
  • Understand and adapt to REVOLT’s ongoing product, programming and technology developments

Revenue Generation

  • Create compelling and comprehensive advertising packages for agencies and direct advertisers
  • Continually identify, define, and quantify existing and emerging revenue opportunities
  • Ensure client objectives are met and revenue goals are exceeded

Brand Advocacy

  • Collaborate with communications, public relations, and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility
  • Client Focused. Maintain and grow existing relationships with clients and within the agency/media buying community

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, with a focus on digital advertising
  • Established relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of digital media sales, including programmatic advertising and content partnerships
  • A passion for the REVOLT brand and the communities it serves

Location: Based in New York City, New York.

Remote/Hybrid/On-site:

This is a hybrid position and requires in office presence. The company reserves the right to modify remote work policies with limited notice.

Compensation: $85-125k base salary plus commission eligibility.
