NoiseHouse is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Project Manager to join the team in Irvine. This position reports to the CEO, Head of Operations and Program Directors.

Position Overview:

Your initial primary role will be project management, particularly focusing on management of all tasks relating to our 24/7 dance music radio channels. You will also oversee and project manage the launch of new channels. You will act as the main information and communication source for partners regarding project details and progress.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Project management lead on launch of new 24/7 dance music radio channels, responsible for being the main information and communication source for partners on project details and progress.
Execute station imaging & content tasks such as:
Manage script writing and delivery for all station imaging including jingle packs DJ/Show scripts, trails and promos.
Manage producers assigned these tasks to ensure high quality assets are implemented on tight deadlines
Manage all aspects of show production where there are features or interviews including editorial judgement and management of producers for production aspects.
Request liners as required for the radio stations
Execute station maintenance tasks such as:
Coordinate day to day radio operations including scheduling and ensuring assets are delivered on time
Undertake music cataloging, and library building and auditing, license compliance reporting.
Utilize and become proficient in Music Master and PlayoutONE software for scheduling, uploads, metadata and automation and undertaking live broadcasts.
Execute station marketing tasks such as:
Direct creative strategy and generate/implement ideas for 24/7 radio station schedule, on-air programming, daily broadcast schedule, new music, entertainment, news, etc.
Liaise with clients to schedule social content delivery, promo reads, trails and campaigns on the station.
Execute station management tasks such as:
Participate in weekly music playlisting and content meetings, staying informed on format charts, trade publications, and industry trends across genres
Schedule kick-off meetings with all appropriate team members to account for accurate information prior to assigning to design/production teams
Directs all aspects of production for live radio broadcasts from music festivals

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equal experience is preferred
2 years administrative or project management experience preferred
Knowledge and passion for the dance music industry, genres, and culture
Excellent organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure
Ability to take initiative, problem solve and perform research
Extensive knowledge of Google Suite
Knowledge of AirTable, Asana or similar project management software
General knowledge of live entertainment and brands/shows
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Skills in IT/networking for broadcast or audio/visual production will be looked on favourably
Some travel may be required
