RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Marketing Manager to join for an 6-month onsite project in New York, New York.
This is a regular, full-time, 40-hour/week position, and onsite work is required Monday through Friday.
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Head of Marketing to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on awareness-driven marketing campaigns across digital video, display, and partner content. This is a full-funnel role that blends campaign strategy, asset management, and stakeholder engagement for a 6-month pilot with potential for extension.
In this role, you’ll manage the development and delivery of high-visibility marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal creative teams and external content partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring marketing effectiveness across fast channel platforms, with a particular emphasis on news content and partner-driven programs.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level marketer with a strong background in digital media, content partnerships, and integrated campaign execution.
As Head of Marketing, You Will

Lead the development and execution of awareness-driven marketing initiatives across digital channels, including video, display, and partner placements

Manage the creation, procurement, and organization of digital assets such as images, video, and interactive media

Collaborate with internal creative teams and external content partners to ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives

Oversee marketing strategy and execution across fast-channel platforms, with focus on maximizing impressions and measuring business impact

Influence marketing roadmaps to optimize product visibility and partner integration

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide recommendations based on insights, including A/B testing results

Coordinate with merchandising and product marketing colleagues to align campaign messaging and delivery timelines

Contribute to continuous process improvements around asset management and campaign operations
As an Applicant, You Bring

7–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in media or studio environments

Proven experience managing partner-facing campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives

A strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Expertise in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance tracking

Ability to communicate effectively with creative, technical, and executive stakeholders

Experience managing remote teams or collaborating across distributed teams (e.g., LA/Seattle)

Excellent project management skills and a high level of detail orientation

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus

Compensation
Pay Range: $90.00/hour
