ABOUT THE ROLE

Think of it as a sales assistant but on Tiktok Live! Tiktok livestream host position focuses on creating and executing an energetic “sales show” to obtain viewer's interest, engagement and become a follower. During the live streaming, we are looking to create viewer interactions and direct product purchases from the viewers.

Work Schedule:

**Candidates must be available to work 5 days a week and must have a consistent start time each day. **

Two shift options are available:

• Morning: 11 AM-3 PM Start
• Afternoon: 4 PM -8PM Start

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product demonstration and brand promotion: Act as a direct point of contact of the brand on Tiktok live and showcase the brand's skincare products on LIVE. The product category ranges from skincare to cosmetics.
• Live sales: Sales-oriented using innovative tactics as well as excellent product knowledge to drive sales via LIVE. Explore and maximize monetization opportunities to boost earnings.
• Engage Viewers: Able to maintain high energy throughout the stream, leveraging your expertise to create memorable shopping experiences for our audience. Interact with viewers, respond to comments, and create a popular and engaging live stream environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have beauty, skincare or personal care related experience
• Previous experience in retail, sales or other related customer facing fields
• Possess a deep understanding of sales techniques and a strong passion for product promotion
• Cheerful, lively, confident, energetic, and a team player
• Comfortable in-front of the camera
• Quick learner and ability to adapt different situation
• Able to take in feedback and make changes to improve the sales process and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Work onsite
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

COMPENSATION

Starting at $30/hour + Commission based on experience and performance

YOU WILL BE STREAMING AT OUR STREAMING STUDIO IN LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS.
