This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule and is only available in New York City.

Overview

The Day One Integrated Production team is the backbone of all we do. Working alongside each of our brand, creative and strategy disciplines, this is a team of big picture thinkers, facilitators, creative problem solvers. Integrated Producers are the lieutenants of the team being equal parts project management, client liaison, and content producer. As highly effective communicators and relationship builders, our Integrated Producers provide holistic thinking as they drive the process forward. This team is highly organized and works alongside all departments. They know what everyone on their teams need to be successful; all while proactively troubleshooting across all departments so deliverables are met in a timely manner that best support the work.

Responsibilities

You will lead day-to-day processes that will assist in getting a wide range of creative initiatives off the ground through completion. You will work directly with the Brand lead on client business, and alongside each of the discipline leads. You will assess project feasibility, curating the right resources for the project, project planning, and interfacing directly with clients.

This role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social, digital & video understanding, time management, organizational skills, and most importantly an ability to keep projects on track, on budget and at the highest level of creative excellence. In this role, you will:

Make things happen. Not just driving work-back schedules, but making the moves to drive the work forward
Connect across internal disciplines (strategy to production)
Lead creative feedback communications with clients and internal teams
Clearly communicate project details for both internal & external teams
Manage integrated, multi-track projects and programs
Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap, adjusting schedules and alerting teams as needed
Assesses and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects
Build and structure project teams to ensure the best results.
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction in partnership with Brand
Ensure that all documentation and reporting are done in a correct and timely manner for each project of your client (status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, forecasting, and resourcing)
Lead, source & produce video concepts generated from creative team ideation
Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs

Requirements

9+ years of experience in integrated production, or similar field
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience structuring and managing integrated, multi-track projects and programs for multiple clients
Experience leading the development and tracking of integrated project plans
Experience in the project management of creative assets, including both static and video assets
Photo and video shoot experience, including shot list development, working with third party vendors and familiarity with usage terms
Experience producing OOH and experiential projects.
Experience partnering with other project discipline leads to lead project teams to successful outcomes
Experience building and structuring project teams
Experience interfacing with clients
Experience working in a creative agency setting

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
