Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Commercial Coordinator to join our Consumer Product team at The Walt Disney Company! This role will be responsible for supporting the team by providing critical administrative support to all Commercial Managers and the broader team.
Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Coordinate contract information between contract admin team, legal, finance, category managers, & licensees
Full management of the financial reporting cycles
Support the wider commercial team through managing the licensee financial reporting and maintaining and administering licensee contracts
Responsible for the end-to-end management of the royalty reporting process, as well as training our new licensees on this process
Build presentations for new business pitch meetings, internal meetings, and for licensee meeting
Support and provide administrative duties for the Commercial team
Champion and learn new systems – train team and licensees where required
Additional ad hoc responsibilities as required
To be successful in this role, you will hold:
High attention to detail
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to pull data together to build engaging presentation decks
Savvy with and able to work with numbers
Ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
Highly motivated and able to work autonomously as required, and ability to work as part of a team
Passion for consumer products
Positive approach to work life
