This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.

Responsibilities
  • Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges
  • Provide a unique perspective, inspiring concepts, and visual support for projects
  • Contribute to creative strategy sessions, providing ideas and insights to build from
  • Proficient at building visual worlds, making moodboards, pulling swipe, and collecting culture-forward references
  • Contribute to capturing original content, including photography and behind-the-scenes visuals, to support campaign storytelling
  • Support small-scale content capture efforts, including directing or participating in photo/video shoots when needed
  • Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across the agency
  • Flex and showcase a variety of creative skills

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in design
  • Multi-disciplinary art direction/design portfolio
  • Experience with content creation tools and photography/videography
  • Experience multitasking and prioritizing workload with quick turnarounds
  • Experience taking projects from concept through design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience presenting concepts to and working closely with clients, applying creative solutions to business challenges
  • Experience iterating on and evolving concepts with constructive feedback
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Figma
  • Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
