About Us
We are a professional sports organization focused on community connection, strong fan experience, and long-term partner relationships. We are hiring a VP of Partnerships to lead our partnership revenue and oversee all partnership activity as the club continues to grow.

Position Summary
The VP of Partnerships is responsible for developing, securing, and managing all corporate partnerships. This includes building the pipeline, presenting proposals, negotiating agreements, and supporting the activation team in delivering on partner commitments.

This role requires experience in partnership sales, relationship management, and structuring sponsorship packages within sports, entertainment, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Sales & Revenue

Build and manage the partnership sales pipeline.
Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners across key categories.
Create proposals and partnership packages tailored to partner objectives.

Partnership Management

Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure objectives are met.
Work with internal departments to support activation and fulfillment.

Leadership & Strategy

Set annual revenue goals and track progress.
Provide guidance to staff who support sales and activation functions.

Qualifications

5+ years of partnership, sponsorship, or commercial sales experience.
Experience selling partnerships within sports, entertainment, or events is preferred.
Proven ability to develop relationships and close significant sponsorship deals.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
