The Sales Coordinator for Disney Vacation Club (DVC) will support the global sales operation and ensure a magical sales experience for guests. You will collaborate with area leadership, Sales Associates, Vacation Club Guides, and other lines of business, using expertise in the DVC sales process to guarantee a flawless sales journey across various channels, including Disney Parks and Resorts and the Disney Cruise Line.

The Sales Coordinator will report to the Sales Support and Services Manager and sits in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily ops sheet and implement same-day movement strategy using company deployment system.

  • Complete opening and closing checklists for Welcome Home Centers and provide both backstage and onstage operational support as needed. Act as a first point of contact for Guest Service recovery.

  • Provide support to Sales Associates and Vacation Club Guides and Sales Leadership with day-to-day inquiries via phone.

  • Own the efforts of the sales operation through mini or large-scale projects, within technology, cruise, training, and incentives.

  • Request security access for Open House visitors.

  • Correlate end-of-night Sales reports.

  • Communicate operational concerns and suggested process improvements to leadership.

  • Open and close in-person interactions in Salesforce while maintaining and updating a sales lineup.

  • Implement operational adjustments based on demand using established procedures and standards.

  • Monitor equipment and systems, advise appropriate departments with concerns, and notify partners.

  • Submit maintenance requests using HotSOS.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience, prefer experience as a Coordinator or Trainer.

  • Outstanding Guest service skills with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment.

  • Experience communicating with multiple lines of business and levels of leadership.

  • Experience with high volume and fast-paced environment including general correspondence and other tasks as needed.

  • Experience making decisions, problem-solving, and giving feedback

  • Ability to work effectively independently or within a team.

  • Ability to work both in a standing and sitting position throughout the day, and escort guests and members to DVC Showrooms.

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.

  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid State of Florida driver’s license.

  • Familiarity with Disney Vacation Club.

  • Experience with MeRlin (Salesforce).

  • Disney System Knowledge.

  • Experience working in a sales or membership environment.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
