Berman Group is a premiere communications firm, which works with a wide range of clients to provide Public Relations, Events and Design services. Our Design team is searching for a full-time motivated Graphic Designer eager to grow and contribute to our work. The firm builds enduring brands and unforgettable experiences through bold design, strategic thinking, and deep industry insight. Our work spans corporate identity, large-scale developments, digital campaigns, environmental design, and more.

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate daily with our Creative Directors, Senior Designers, and web programmers to produce compelling visual assets for various platforms. The ideal candidate will have real estate experience. We value the development of our Desihtalent. You will have the chance to receive mentorship from senior designers, gain exposure to real client projects, and explore a clear career path toward mid-level creative roles.

This role is based in Manhattan and requires in-office workdays.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design a diverse range of printed materials, including brochures, annual reports, event invitations, posters, and journals.
  • Create engaging digital assets such as e-blasts, social media posts, web banners, and website layouts.
  • Develop corporate identities and logo designs, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Prepare print and digital files for production with a keen understanding of print processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Senior Designers to apply brand identity systems across print, digital, packaging, and more.
  • Contribute original ideas and facilitate strategic thinking behind design projects, executing work with attention to detail and brand integrity.
  • Present your work confidently in internal meetings, articulating the rationale behind your design choices.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and initiative within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of design experience
  • Technical Skill Set - Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Figma experience is a plus.
  • Design Craft - Strong foundation in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Experience or a strong interest in translating brand strategy into visual identity systems and collateral. Able to develop fresh and thoughtful design concepts from scratch.
  • Culture - Resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work autonomously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Career Aspirations - A collaborative team player with the initiative to seek improvement and innovate design processes. Passionate about branding and real estate, eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
  • Preference - Experience in real estate, hospitality and lifestyle brands. Animation and video production skills.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
