Your Role
As our Cinematic Videographer & Editor, you'll be responsible for:
- Filming dynamic, high-quality YouTube and social media content
- Directing shoots with a clear visual narrative and professional lighting setup
- Capturing interviews, b-roll, product/lifestyle footage with a cinematic eye
- Editing long-form YouTube videos and short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Color grading, audio mixing, transitions, and motion where needed
- Contributing to creative strategy and ideation sessions
- Staying ahead of platform trends and what drives engagement
Requirements
- 2+ years filming and editing experience (reel or portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and cinematic shooting
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Able to take initiative and direct small shoots solo or with minimal crew
- Familiarity with YouTube content formats and social video best practices
Nice to Have
- Drone experience or FAA Part 107 certification
- Motion graphics (After Effects, etc.)
- Background in real estate, luxury, or finance content
- Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and hooks
